We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Best aspects of our stay included the friendly staff, clean room, and comfortable big and fluffy pillows. the breakfast was great and the hotel location was convenient for our needs. we highly recommend this hotel.

the location was convenient and close to attractions. the room was comfortable and had big fluffy pillows. the friendly staff provided excellent service. Breakfast was enjoyable and filling.
Initially, it was confusing to figure out how to get our room since there were no signs explaining the process.

The staff at this hotel were fantastic, they made us feel very welcome. We liked the room as it was clean and had big, fluffy pillows which made sleeping comfortable. the location was perfect for us as it was close to the tourist attractions and public transportation.
There were a couple of things we didn't like. the bathroom had no bath mat and the floor was so cold it made showering uncomfortable.

The pillows were fluffy and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly! The room was well-designed and had a great view over the city. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located near local restaurants and shops, which made exploring the city a breeze.
The bathroom floor was cold and uncomfortable to stand on after a shower, and there was no bath mat provided. there were no signs indicating that guests should call the reception for check-in, which was a bit confusing and caused some initial frustration.
